Orders and Shipping
The Vape Bar orders are packed and shipped daily MON-FRI. We provide a fast and efficient service so you can receive your iGET vapes as quick as possible.
Standard postage usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
Express postage usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive.
Rural areas may experience delays
There is a standard $9.95 flat rate on all orders.
When you order over $99 worth of items (not including flat rate shipping fee) your order will then be upgraded to EXPRESS
Simply click on the “My Account” in the menu section of the website and enter in your details
When you place an order through The Vape Bar, you receive an automated email with tracking number within 24 hours. If you do not receive your tracking number, it is usually caused by an incorrect email address added at the checkout. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us via Email or Instagram
The Vape Bar wants to make the purchase of iGET disposable vapes online an easy process and ships anywhere in Australia. All major cities and rural areas are included.
The Vape Bar requires buyers to be aged 18+ or older when purchasing vapes online in Australia. There is no exceptions
The Vape Bar uses an encrypted payment gateway to ensure your details are secure via Stripe. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Apple Pay.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Upon order, you are assigned with a tracking number within 24-72 hours. After the shipment, if the status of the item is marked as “undelivered” or at the incorrect local post office or address, you are entitled to a full refund. Delayed shipping times of over 4 weeks, you are entitled to a full refund. If the status of the item is marked at your local post office or address as “delivered” you will not receive a refund.
If your product is damaged of faulty you would need to send a video of it not working for our team to assess. Due to stock issues, sometimes not all will be approved
Yes you can change or cancel the order only if it hasn’t been already shipped.
